Family Camp

Purpose and Guidelines:

Family Camp is a relaxed week full of family time, missions focus, and activities.

Family Camp will take place at BBTI’s 100+ acre property. Families are welcome to stay on the property in tents, campers or housing (see below for pricing), or in one of the area hotels.

Schedule of Events:

Morning Sessions: 9:30-11AM

Afternoons: Free

Evening Sessions: 7-9 pm

Campfire: Starts at 9 pm.

Cost:

The cost of Family Camp is by donation only unless you are staying in campus housing.

Registration:

Please fill out and sign the Registration Form, ask your pastor to sign, and then send it to the address on the bottom of the form. Those under the age of 18 years must print out the Activity Release for Minors, have it signed, and send it along with your registration. Those 18 years or over must print out the Activity Release for Adults, sign it, and send it along with your registration.

Accommodations:

Tent Camping: Free

Tent camping sites availability is practically unlimited, depending on how remote you want to be. All our sites are
primitive. There are outhouses spread throughout the camping area and running water near the base camp. A covered,
communal, outdoor kitchen area with electrical outlets, a sink, and tables will be available for use (bring your own chairs). Indoor bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are all available in the Wash House.

Bed linens are provided.

Activity Release for Adults*

I do hereby agree to hold Baptist Bible Translators Institute (BBTI) and their staff and agents harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of actions, claims, expenses, and damages on account of injury while I am attending the activities of Family Camp 2027. I expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Texas and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. This release contains the entire agreement between parties hereto and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital. I further state that I have carefully read the foregoing release and know the contents thereof and I sign this release as my own free act. This is a legally binding agreement that I have read and understood.

Activity Release for Minors*
